Lost levels in Eureka

I have been filling out in game reports everyday since Last Friday (3/16) and I'm still at level 1. This has been going on for a week now and nothing yet has been done to fix this


Date & Time: 16/3/2018 7pm (EST)
Frequency: Once
World name: adamantoise
Character name: tommy hawk


Class/Level: Eureka 4 > Eureka 1
Party or solo: Both
Area and coordinates: Eureka

Steps:
1. Leveled to 4 on wednesday
2. Go back to Eureka friday and level dropped to 1
3. Re-entered the game today but still lvl 1.
*Add more steps if necessary
