Because he ran back from the 1st boss location all the way to entrance and then sat, it will be seen as disruptive. A player who was moving and then suddenly stops moving, you could say shit happened in RL. The only thing--and mind you, I'm stretching as hell here-that I could think of that made the tank do what he did was he was trying to leave the dgn manually and something happened on his end. Again, stretching as hell here. I'm more inclined to believe he was trolling.

If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.

The tanks actions it is possible to be reportable but I would not give them 15 minutes if they ran to the start of the dungeon and sat down. If I saw that, and they did not answer within 1-2 minutes, I would vote propose then. They had plenty of time to say something as they ran to the start.

Healer did nothing wrong, a GM will tell you that is what the penalty is for. I personally do not like such actions but that is how the GMs see things.

There are two types of disruptive behavior. The first, the one explicitly mentioned in the user agreement, is network-based. The second, which we're more interested in, is implied and therefore up to interpretation.

Personally I agree with Nephthys above.

When someone joins the party and then refuses to do his job, that is disruptive. In particular, if the person makes it a point to return (run?? really?) to the beginning and sit, this is a deliberate display of contempt. And considering that there is an idle kick at 10 min, if the 15 min later claim was not hyperbole then he was present and interacting with the game but ignoring you. In this case, a vote kick would be appropriate (I'd say much sooner than 15 min, though) and a report to GM would not be uncalled-for. Leveling dungeons are designed so that you need a tank, and if the tank is pouting in a corner, then the rest of the party can't do but twiddle their thumbs.

The healer, while rude/unsportsmanlike, was not reportably disruptive. The person left the dungeon and took the penalty for doing so. Sure, the party had to wait (again) to fill the spot, but the difference that time was that he vacated the spot on his own, so the party could start polling for a replacement immediately.

Idk. Everyone saying to just kick the tank sooner, but, I woulda been too petty/vindictive for that. Clearly tank is fishing for the kick to avoid penalty, may as well waste more of their time if they want to waste yours.

I feel that it's common courtesy to finish. The person who leveled up and left was only thinking about themselves. They should have just stayed on the extra 10-15 mins to help the party. It's quite rare for me to leave something without an emergency. I would have to be feeling bad/tired or perceiving the other players as rude and not possible to cooperate with.

had a tank behave similarly in darkhold a while ago. basically got into the dungeon and just stood there doing nothing (other than a few emotes now and then so he was still there). it was far too early to kick, so I contacted a GM, and quite soon after that he vanished and we could get a new player in. No idea why some tanks do this - possibly they are of the opinion they can be kicked immediately if they don't like the dungeon rather than taking the penalty. Maybe they are just badly programmed bots.

Fishing for a kick or not.... I'd report his ass....he'd get more than he bargained for. (A Kick alone is not enough)

I have a lot of issues with some of your post but this I fully agree with. (even if it is basically what I said anyway, just a bit more blunt.

I remember a tank doing this once with me and us 3 just slowly went at it without him. after like 10 minutes he left on his own (or auto kick, not sure, but penalty anyway, and well earned one) + reported ofc.

Def report fish kicking though, do not hesitate, I would def talk to a gm about the tank, healer no.

In the case of the tank, yeah that could fall under disruptive behavior, no communication and basically locking the role/party slot so you couldn't recruit another till you booted them. As for the healer, while yes its a jerk move but its not disruptive. You can't force someone to stay if they don't want to no matter the circumstances behind them leaving and the party slot was freed up so you could recruit another.
