And before anyone says I'm over exaggerating, let me remind you all that for Fire/Blizzard and Fire III/Blizzard III, the potencies I used as examples were their original, pre-Heavensward potencies. They could easily revert all of our potencies down to such a low level just from Raise ALONE.

I don't see Summoner losing their potencies for having raise.

And my point wasn't about raise. It was about solving the inherent issue of Black Mage being GCD locked.
