Thus damning lowbies to party with each other , which is a dwindling pool. Since it's dwindling now we have lowbies experiencing the wonder that is the single player eureka grind, which is undeniably slow and tedious.

There COULD have been incentives for large level disparities to party together, or high levels to cart around low levels, but there arent.
I think Eureka would benefit greatly from a LFG tool or some sort of hidden feature that tosses you into instances with players of similar level.

That being said I don't think there is a lack of low level players. I still see plenty in Eureka. I think the issue is they're often spread across too many instances. It's not a good experience if you're lvl 5 and you're thrown into an instance with mostly lvl 15+ players, while another instance has plenty of players that are close to your level but isn't full yet.

I don't think it would be difficult for SE to create a system that places you in an instance based on your level or the average level of your party. Right now the game just tosses you into any instance that isn't full. That's pretty silly.
