    Emotes

    This might be in the wrong spot....Just saying

    I would like a /sigh emote, like an actual sigh emote. Also a Shantotto emote would be the best thing ever, (she is my fav FF char of all time, sorry not sorry.)

    Also maybe Job specific emotes would be cool, not like the prepare for battle ones, or victory ones, just something special.

    Anyone else have emotes they would like to see?

    /upset on Miqo'te is pretty close to a sigh.

    And a BLM /vpose has the laugh. But it's not Shantotto...

    We lalas have a /sigh emote though. What do you want the sigh yo look like though? I think it's the actual sigh emote to. If not it's one where we roll our shoulder, breathe in, exhale, and hang our head. This is for males not sure about females.

    I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.

    I constantly type /sigh in game, only to be /disappointed when it gives me an error.

    /sigh

    I'd expect the shoulders to go up and down, the toon to slump a bit, and maybe add in a slight headshake.

    For variations, I draw inspiration from my experience teaching teenagers...big inhale, exaggerated exhale, gaze at ceiling seeking help from divine sources. Or do the sigh and then put one hand over the face in despair (other hand tucked under elbow/wrapped around ribs). Or rub eyebrows/bridge of nose. I have done all of these, sometimes several times in a row. XD Bonus points if you've got a 'Why God why' expression. They think it's hilarious.

    Female Lalas clutch their heads and fall to their knees, I believe. Female Hyur also fall to their knees in despair, both hands on the ground. Male Elezen fall to their knees with one hand on the ground. I guess male Lalas are inherently more optimistic? XD
