Cant purchase items on mog station

I have similar issue.

Today my subscription automatic renewal failed.

I went to MogStation and successfully fixed subscription itself.

But if I try to pay for my 6 retainers, I get this:



Same thing here:



So why subscription payment works but anything else doesn't?

I also tested with another credit card from another bank and another type (VISA instead of MasterCard). Got same errors.

Maybe it's an issue only for Russian banks...

I got nothing good from support chat and eMails so far...
