Having Ga Bu would be great but I would rather have Deftarm join our squad. Also we need to be able to get Lupin recruits.

Oh I know maybe Ga Bu can become the olive branch between his kind and Limsa. That is if/when he recovers. He would have such a different perspective from other Kobolds in that I think he would be more open to rehash a trade deal. I've always wanted a quest line where the three starting nations try to fix their relations with the beastmen. Or a quest that involves the beastmen hidy room in Ul'dah after you do the ARR beastmen allience quests.

We haven't seen hide nor whisker of our little friend Ga Bu since 3.4. I'm starting to become very concerned about our little friend's welfare. What would Ga Bu do? Hopefully not disappear without a trace!

Did he break through the trauma? Was he executed? What happened to our little Ga Bu?!

I would do all of the beast tribe quests from every tribe (even the Sylphs, who I loathe with every fiber of my being), if we could recruit them to our squadron.

They already have attack and casting animations. Obviously you couldn't glamour them but they could wear, by default, something like ceremonial battle armor that doesn't change.

I suddenly never realized how much I wanted this until now.

It's still up in the air if he's still catatonic or not. And if he's not catatonic, then we'll have to figure out if he's tempered or not. Which is a bit weird as in ARR anyway, we don't see Titain temper anyone the way Ifrit and Leviathan temper anyone...

If all you've done is the 1-50 NIN quests, then you havn't seen the last of Karasu. That guy is annoyingly persistent.

I always wondered if other job/class mentors came back. I know during the attack on Ala Migho you see Cocobuki from the Thaumaturge guild make an appearance and send some fireballs at the gate/wall. I don't know if I saw any other job/class leaders, I was trying to keep an eye out for them. I kinda wished the old man from the Pugilist quests came back to help us monks out, just for fun.

He actually does come back... As part of the Lv. 63 Dragoon quest. Yup.
