    please stop make the game easier.

    skills change to make it easier for casual gamers,
    raids deals less dmg/ easier dmg check than in lvl 50.
    raid mechanic mostly like the same, just building on it. like do it "harder"
    higher drop rate by primae mounts
    let ppl do raids 20 lvls above.
    "srsly?" 1mio mgp for 3 lines from khloe?


    why you do taht SE?
    i loved to play this game as lvl 50 was max lvl. you have accomplished something as oyu killed titan and ramuh, which much ppl tried and not killed it for months, try it and finally killed it, and you know you did it. you felt special.
    when u kill a primae now, its just easy, you dont have to comunicate like before to go past the phases.

    even the bosses has less phases now.or "much phases" with same skills just you have to do them alittle otherwise.

    earlier every phase had an full other mechanic to do. and not the same just other handled.

    every player, played since begin or ilvl 110 was max on lvl50 know i mean.

    did you ever had this feeling, like before killing an primae or raid? t7 pre nerfed? t9 with ilvl 110? still ilvl 130 and 20% noob buff and ppl still wasnt can kill it.

    also the horses. i was so happy i found my horse which it was.. 1% drop chance? i was special to had it, i farmed for it.

    but now you can do it solo, with an 20%? drop chance, and everyone has it. nothing special. even earlier, with the drop chance buff it was just nonsense. ppl farmed months for it to get, and you do it easier? waht a time waste.

    like the mgp now. lottery was another thing, but now for 3 lines 1mio mgp to? it was also a shame to give 50k for 2 lines. ppl farmed alot or hours for it before it came out. its like "just wait another patch and do it easier"

    taht cant be real. SE.

    it isnt like i dont want casual gamers to play it, but to say its "raid xy hard" its just a shame, t6-9 hard was unbeaten by most of the players. taht was a hard raid, and not a raid taht is beaten within a week by everyone.
    they should hardcore raid members give us the old hard raids back, which it was before. just for titles and mount !and! not doable in a higher lvl(unsync) when its posible by patch 5.0 . unless u did it atleast once with lvl 70 (now) and not lvl 80 unsync..

    I guess that how things roll these days. Games get streamlined and made mass compatible. As much as i dislike it its still a factor in FFXIVs success. Who knows if this game would even be well and alive without all the nerfs and "cassualizations"

    While I can agree with the plea "Dont make current content easier", I cant agree so much with "Old content need to stay the same difficulty that it had when it was released".

    Meaning: As long as we get new, difficult content - and we do, even though Byakko for example is a rather easy EX-primal, Shinryu wasnt - I'm fine with the old stuff being made easier.

    Horses had their time to be special. Birds had their time to be special. Now dogs are special - if you want to feel special, get your Shinryu dog and dont point towards your 3-year-old Garuda pony!

    If you want something bad enough - either because you really like it or because it makes you feel, well, cool and special - you'll put in the time. If not, you'll get it later.
    I'm fine with that - and I'm sorry, but you sound like you dont or cant bother with the new content in the game and therefor feel the need to preserve the old content in a way that still makes you feel like you'ce accomplished something. We had this kind of discussion before. The problem here is: Its outdated, old content. People do it unsyched - or not at all.
    We got new content, new challenges - if you want a challenge: Move on!
    They're still in the game!
    You have no dogs, not a complete set of birds, non of the mounts from the new raids...

    Sigma Savage - and more so Ultimate Coil of Bahamut! - is far from being "beaten by everyone". I dont know where you're getting this idea. Honestly, you sound as if you used to raid and felt pretty special and hardcore about it and now that you dont anymore, you try to wave around old achievements and want them to stay extremly valuable because you cant get the new stuff.

    Increased mount-droprates are keeping the old EX-primals alive.
    More MGP are "needed" because there are more rewards.

    And I still have the same feeling I had when killing T13 two weeks before Heavensward that I have today when clearing current Savage-content.
    But obviously, to get this feeling, you'd need to do that content...

    On one hand maybe..

    on the other hand as wide as the audience may be it does a real bad job at keeping them interested... and I think the lack of difficulty is likely a part of that.

    there's no satisfaction or accomplishment in clearing content that's virtually impossible to fail...
    and if the game isn't rewarding players are going drop it very very quickly..

    Sure you will. It's called a difficulty curve for a reason, the game doesn't start you off on ex primals, you progress in skill and the content gets more difficult as you work through it. Letting people jump straight to 60 with Jump Potions kinda sabotages that concept though.

    I don't think OP want the game to be too hard but they don't want it to be brain dead easy either.

    If you stand still and do mechanics, you'll realize that mechanics are not hard. But when you try to keep track of your rotation and other things around you it becomes a challenge. You make mistakes, you under preform and you die.

    The only tutorial is the Hall of the Novice...which doesn't do much. I think people should get a real tutorial to teach them the basics, or maybe one of those pop up tooltips. Some wouldn't read it anyway, but that's just how it goes.
