    Date & Time: 3/18 2am EST
    Frequency: once
    World name: Sargatanas
    Character name: Oggy Hitake
    Class/Level: DRG 70
    Area and coordinates: Eureka
    Steps:
    1. Logged out of Eureka at 90% of the way to lv13
    2. Logged back in at 2am and was back at the start of lv11
