Missing Road to 60 Buff

I created a character on Zalera a few months ago when it was a new server and got the Road to 60 buff. I stopped playing for a few months but came back when my brother joined me on the same server. He now has the Road to 60 buff but I do not despite the fact the server is still Preferred.

I have not reached level 60 on any class/job. According to the FAQ I should still have the Road to 60 Buff as long as the server is preferred.

If you created the character a few months ago, the buff ran out because it only lasts 90 days. If you weren't far along with your character, you could just recreate them if the server is still Preferred.
