Don't forget to take a screenshot of how you unsub and post it before you do, just in case we miss it.
You stay away from my Magicked Prisms and +1 Vitality chocolate then, heretic. I'll be keeping the worthwhile rewards to myself.
Just wait, they will add it eventually. They added the flying broom from the "All Saint's Wake" event before. It will most likely cost about $12 as well. And not all the events will offer mounts.
EDIT: Ah, you're not from Balmung. I was going to ask for your gil just in case.
Luckily for us SE puts up event information (which contains information on rewards offered) that you can use to determine whether or not you will want to participate. If you're unsubbing over this or if this is the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back, cheers!

I'll agree that this Hatching Tide event has come up pretty bland to be honest. That said, I've never expected a whole lot from Hatching Tide. It's a spin on commercialized Easter Holiday festivities, which itself doesn't have much meaning besides getting people to buy candy. Sure, Hatching Tide has its own Eorzean spin, but I'm starting to think they need to completely do something new with it soon, and leave the current stuff with the eggs and spriggans and what not as backdrop. If there was a similar celebration in Kugane involving, say, the symbolism of a phoenix being reborn to emphasize the changing of seasons from winter to spring, that'd be pretty neat to be honest. I know the Developers want to keep holidays accessible for low levels though so anything in Kugane is unlikely unless they make it accessible to lower levels which... to be honest... I don't see why they don't. Low levels can already get to the housing districts.
I hope in the coming years they'll expand the Holiday Events to show what the rest of the world is celebrating or their unique spins on it. I was disappointed with Little Lady's Day this year because it was just the Songbirds again, when we just opened the route to the Far East which is inspired from the Real World cultures which actually celebrate Little Lady's Day in life.
last year's Easter event gave us a mount so I wasn't really expecting anything this year.
"Within each of us, the potential for great power waits to be released."
There's also going to be a patch soon that updates Eureka lockboxes (they said the end of the month) so they might just bundle it all in there.
