    Reduce animation time for caster

    it is a mess if you forced to do a 3 lb as caster on something the animation is still too long up to 10 secs compared to melee maybe 5 secs, run of all buffs or do a reset of all skills for the lb-guy.
    Like Flare a common skill so far, i think the animation is too long.

    Caster LB does more damage than ranged LB, which is the balancing point for the longer cast time. I personally think that's just fine.

    I do love Teraflare and want a toned down version for normal use, but damn if it doesn't take forever.

    But at least I didn't blow it and miss the target with any cast, so eh.

    I just want the red mage LB3 to not make everyone blind and unable to see anything around the boss.... can't tell you how many times I've died due to not seeing AOE markers thanks to red mage limit break in Rabanastre.

    The difference in damage is so small that you're better using Ranged LB in most of the cases if you want to hit Two targets.

    Well all the lb animations are horrible to me like why do I have to be stuck for 10secs just to die to something I can't avoid lol lb is terrible to use especially for melee

    It's somewhat 5% more damage for 30%ish longer cast time/anim lock. It is pretty small if you're hitting two targets exactly or multiple targets with negligible HP pools. The caster's own damage + the ranged's own damage over the extra seconds post amimation lock can not only compensate the smaller LB damage but actually sum up to more damage in total in the same time frame.

    Healer animation lock is the same as caster. I'd agree with you before the buff to it and nerf to weakness, but the power to mass raise and ignore weakness (that is now an absurd stat reduction) is actually strong enough to compensate it.

    caster LB3 with cast time and animation lock, keeps casters for more like 15 sec, where they cant dps

    every blm buff will likely fall off in that time.... and losing 15 sec potentially "aoe" dps (highest dps out put) is a pain, way worse than 3x melee LB3s on single targets.. (for the caster)
