Eureka needs a level sync function

If you're not in parties together, you only get a partial xp credit, depending on damage dealt (as far as I can tell). And I don't think it would be good if a level 20 could give full xp to a level 1 for murdering a ton of lower level mobs.

A level 20 getting XP for a level 1 is better than not being able to play with your friends when you can do so in all the other content in the game, though. This is a MMO, isn't it?
