A fatal DirectX error has occured.(10000000)

So, it has been a while since I first ran into this error, but for now my patience is over. I`m sorry if my english is bad.

Everything started when I decided to update my graphic driver.
I have Nvidia GeForce gtx 760, and updated from 390.65 to 391.01.
After this, it happened:

Because of that everything looks like that:

And when I press it, it goes BOOM:


I will explain what I tried:

• Reinstalling driver
  Downgrading driver
  Reinstalling game
  Starting in safe mode
  Clean uninstall with DDU
  Repairing DX with any available tool
  To be added if I remember

Here goes some important text from "display" button in launcher:
SYSTEM_DIRECTX_VERSION DirectX 12
SYSTEM_GRAPHICS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Windows 10 64-bit

Everything worked fine (DX11) before the update. Even on previous driver (which worked perfectly) now I do not recieve any changes.
What I have found: DX mode toggle is only available when there is no driver at all. Like, after clean uninstalling. But like that game is just a black screen without loading anything.
I`m looking for some help. Please.

What exactly do you mean by the "DX mode toggle is only available when there is no driver at all?" Are you not able to select directx 9 mode on the launcher?

Make sure no other programs are running when you play the game and also check that your anti-virus/firewall have the appropriate exceptions for Final Fantasy XIV.

What exactly do you mean by the "DX mode toggle is only available when there is no driver at all?" Are you not able to select directx 9 mode on the launcher?

This means that whenever a graphic driver isn`t installed (like after running DDU), the toggle between dx9 and dx11 is available.
When toggle is greyed out - I`m stuck at dx9, which gives me a corresponding error.

UPD: FOUND A SOLUTION
At the time when I updated my driver, I also loaded newest version of Duet Display, which I use to add a second monitor. Version was 1.5.1.4b. This morning I decided what if I delete it and give it a try. Tried that and OOPS: everyithing works. So I guess I will downgrade this program a little (cause I can`t stop using it, huh) and write to their support too. Also a useful information for anyone who use it too.
