Ahhh ok - yeah thats exactly it - really annoying - guess il have to put up with it for a few more months lol.....Been looking for a fix for this since the closed beta, and unfortunately there just isnt one, its an issue with the camera code in the engine. The terrain seems to jump more when you use the mouse camera, while nameplates and stuff seem to get extra jittery when you use the keyboard camera. Technically, its caused by a lack of a smooth camera transition, so your camera is getting "caught" on non-transparent objects, updating with the "zoomed in" location of the camera, and then since you're moving by the time it updates, it updates again to the new zoomed out position and flickers back and forth between them quickly causing a stuttering effect. It happens most frequently on steep hills and inside caves/buildings, and yes, it's extremely obnoxious. People with lower framerates tend to notice it less since the game is already a little jittery for them, but as your framerates increase it becomes much more noticeable.
Cross your fingers and hope its fixed in 2.0.
