Eorzean time.
You should also note that weather changes at exactly 0000, 0800, 1600. To you, it will look like it's still the previous weather until about :04, however as far as the game is concerned, the weather already changed. So if you have a sightseeing log that becomes available at one of those three times, you also have to make sure that the weather forecast for that time is correct.
Error 3102 Club, Order of the 52nd Hour
Welcome to jump puzzles. Yes the ARR ones are timed and use the in game clock. Thankfully SE heard the complaints and took out the time and weather for Heavensward and Stormblood. They also appear as lil blue balls. Still have some jumping puzzles to a few of them. I didn't mind the weather part just the need for it to be happening at the correct time. Because now it's just emote spam if you don't get it right off the bat. I know there is a site someone made that tells you when the time and weather are I just dont remember the link for it.
Thanks for the advice, but I think I better leave the SS until after I reach lev 70, because I'm starting to get a little PEEVED with everything. Maybe IF I had started playing FF 14 when it first came out. I did play the first 2 games, but that was it. It's quite overwhelming trying to learn everything and I'm NOT even going to start in about the crafting / gathering. Well I don't mind the gathering, but I sure as hell HATE crafting. Hopefully I can get a better printer soon, since mine is fubbed up ( for some reason it won't print certain files. ) It's difficult having to switch back and forth from the game to look up websites for info, like the SS locations, fishing locations, etc. It'd be easier if I could print those pages, but can't do that. Anyway thanks for the advice again and for letting me rant !
Don't skip out on the Heavensward and Stormblood SS as they give experience points and a lot of them tend to be on your way to something. What is it that you don't like about crafting? If it's because of space then don't hold onto anything you can buy from an NPC. It is probably one of the few systems in game where you have to level up others, but it's worth it just for the useful role actions you can unlock like Hasty touch from Cul. Anything that can help you HQ for level quest turn ins starting at level 25 or if you want to turn in HQ for leves or for seals is worth unlocking. If it's the Ixal beastmen quests you can always just do their turn in quest and not have to deal with having to use the special gloves they give you. Ask someone in your FC or an LS if they wouldn't mind helping you out with things.
