    All jobs make use of DoTs for their DPS.
    RDM doesn't.

    There's probably some others. I know WAR got Fracture taken away; I can't remember if they had any other DOTs.

    There, edited my post for semantics Either way my point was while some jobs do rely on DoTs for more than DPS, all jobs with DoTs still have a good reason to apply them and denying them their DoTs in favor of those jobs that use DoTs for more than DPS isn't really fair.
