This is technically an issue that has existed for a long time, and by all rights SE can technically alleviate it (as I mentioned in the other threads related to this) by making it so party members/pets and all enemies in the vicinity are loaded in first. Anyone not on your team can load in last, thus keeping things from being inconvenient. Of course, how SE can do this remains to be said. For all we know, setting such priorities may cause a bit more lag.
