GM Dorxenore responded to a complaint of harassment I put in for a player I don't know saying inappropriately sexual things to me. My complaint was that it made me very uncomfortable, as well as the fact that I did not know this person and they did not know me. For all they knew, they could have been speaking with a minor. The GM reprimanded me for this statement, though, because this is a T rated game and children shouldn't be playing.

BUT even in a T rated game, there are minors playing. T-rated games are accessible legally to people 13 and older. Saying something sexually inappropriate to a 15 year old you don't know is just as bad as saying it to a younger child that doesn't yet fall into the teenager category. I didn't have an issue with the GM beyond this, they did their job well, but I feel like it's a dangerous oversight and disrespect to younger players to use the excuse that it's a T-rated game, when the teenagers that might be playing are still minors that don't need strangers saying such things to them as were said to me today.

This is just my input and opinion on the situation, though. I'm not trying to start a fight or put down the GM; just clarify that there are minors, teenagers, who legally play this T-rated game, and deserve protection as much as anyone else from inappropriate conduct.
