Chaacrters in primary account float

My characters in my primary account rarely touch the ground, started a few months ago. They stand above the ground about 4 or 5 inches in relation to character, about the amount of distance from bottom of foot to ankle bone.
Have second account these characters are always touching the ground.

Internet Connection Speed: 12 MPS
Date & Time: Most always
Frequency: Rarely able to stand on ground
Character Name: Kara Xenosaga, Zecky Xenosak
Race: Hyur Midlander Female (Kara) Miqo'te Seeker of the Sun (Zecky)
World: Lindblum (Kara) Melmond (Zecky)
Class/Level: Doesn't matter
Area and Coordinates: Practically Everywhere (today in leather quild Zecky is touching the ground)
In-Game Time: Kara not so much lately, Zecky 8 - 20 hours / day
Steps: 1. Looked to see if I could find elevation setting could not (ingame)
2. Same thing in account settings could not find

A note: my account 2 has Serah Xexosaga (Lindblum) Jenakat Xenosaga (Lindblum), Serah Xenosak (Melmond) and Olivia Krymson (Melmond) all walk and stand flat on the ground. Use 2 computers to play game, does not matter which computer, Problem is in account 1 only.
