We need better comunication with the Community team

Not sarcastic, I have canceled my sub. But if there is anything else that makes me want to quit, its the forums.

It was a running thing on the WoW forums for years that if you ever wanted to quit the game, just visit the forums for a week. By the end, you'd hate everything.
