The biggest example of this is that I and several others have posted about the issue where joining in on attacking a target that has already had several players attacking it before you results in you not being flagged as "in combat" until you hit a certain enmity threshold, which seriously messes up MCH's opener due to not being able to generate heat with Flamethrower among other things. However, every instance has been flagged as "insufficient information" despite said bug being so mind-numbingly simple to trigger...
I just checked your post on the bug report forum and the reason your bug report was being labeled as "Insufficient Information" is that you are not following the template that they set.
