We need better comunication with the Community team

Exactly. Heck I even said that I would be fine if they do surveys and then do something thanks to that is not to my taste because I am the minority of it. The problem right now is, that we simply dont know if something is the minority or not and if they do stuff simply because they (as the devs) want to do it that way or because the majority of the community wants it.

If they introduce something that they (thanks to communication) got for the majority I would still post my opinion about the content itself (because nobody does something perfect so there still could be ways to make something better) but I would be more at ease because I know that most want it and its just simply not my taste.

Also maybe some should just stop to take these criticism towards the devs as personal attacks towards themselves..I mean why would someone be offended by criticism that is not about them? Nobody of us know the devs personally. And I dare to say that any criticism towards them is still just about their work and decisions and not about the true person behind that.
