Unable to download patch files

I just decided to hop in and check out the recent patch when my launcher just decided to cease functioning at around the 44/49 mb mark with a "Unable to download patch files. [30414][25008][20495][20495]"
I checked to see if I might've ran out of disk space and it's just struggling to download these but I have waaay above the amount of space it requires, so I've decided to be stubborn and incessantly try to reopen the launcher and redownload over and over but it never worked out. Any ideas?

Please provide:

- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
- the nature of the latency
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
