Thread: 4.3 and the rest of Stormblood

Now was Eureka finally having been released I noticed we basically don't know much about the upcoming patches.

what great and unique feature can we expect?

4.3 so far has:

1 new dungeon
new msq
new trial
ivalice raid Part 2
new Ultimate fight
crafting Beast tribe quests

and that's it.

I just wonder where all the budget is going to?

Sadly it seems like a lot of our sub money pays for other projects within Square Soft. (shut up, I'm old)

I understand not wanting more of the same but your complaint seems to be that we're not getting enough content.

If you think creating all that content is a small task then you know extremely little about game development.

It goes toward putting Hildebrand's damaged outfit into the Mogstation.

shouldnt it also contain the new potd?

I thought 4.3 was going to have the new deep dungeon.

Also who knows ... maybe it'll have some small (planned) updates for Eureka.

We'll just have to wait and see \o/ A 24-man raid, beast tribes, deep dungeon, and ultimate are honestly plenty for me (and I really wanna know what happens next in MSQ). And now that I've done a complete 180 and learned to like Eureka, I'll be just fine until 4.3 is released. Looking forward to it.

Aside from it being added to Party Finder (I think?) pretty sure we don't have a time table for that. I'd say 4.35 personally.

That said, we have our relic grind now. either 4.3 or 4.35 will give us the next part leaving you anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3 months of the current one, with quite a bit of grinding to be had at that. Ultimate gives the hardcore raiders the next big challenge, and the rest is pretty standard fair/what we are expecting. The only thing we don't know for sure when it is coming out is, again, the new PoTD. Sounds about normal to me.

Don't know, they build the hype around eureka, I don't have hope anymore

Currently on vacation atm but I mostly raid log at this point and I am told Eureka is a brainless mob grind that is mostly uninteresting and boring.

If I wasn't part of a raid group, I would probably just unsub, I enjoy playing, but there is little to really keep me into it anymore.
