    checked the event viewer and found this: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

    I selected Directx9 as well

    Thank you for the update Kuo.

    According to your system report, it looks like your graphics card drivers are a bit out of date. Try installing the most recent version.

    You didn't mention if you tried the clean boot. Also, make sure that no other programs or overlays are running while the game is playing.
