7/8 midcore static on O8S seeking healer (WHM/AST)!

Hey there! My static is looking for one healer (WHM/AST since our existing healer is a SCH) to round out our roster so that we can finish up O8S. The current members are all located on Leviathan, but we're open to cross-server members.

We're still early on in God Kefka, during our last session we were working on cleaning up Heartless Archangel and Trine and learning the stuff after the second Forsaken. Similar progress is preferable, but I will always make an exception if someone plays well and fits great with the team. While we are a pretty laid-back group that enjoys having fun with raid, we also try to know when to get serious and focus on pulls.


Our raid days/times are:

• Tuesday - 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Pacific) / 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Eastern)
• Wednesday - 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Pacific) / 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Eastern)
• Saturday - 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Pacific) / 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Eastern)

If we know in advance that someone can't make a night, we first try to reschedule to another night when all eight of us can make it. If we can't, then we just sub!


All members are required to have:

• A positive attitude, patience, and good team play.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• An understanding of your job and role, the desire to improve those skills, and the ability to take constructive criticism.
• Proper communication skills, be it giving advance notice on lateness or absences, discussing tactics during raid, or sorting out differences between static members.
• Access to Discord. A microphone is not necessary, but everyone is required to log on at least to listen during raids. Consistent access to Discord chat is also needed to stay in touch outside of raid times.

Also, in the spirit of full disclosure, the future of this static is not guaranteed. The majority of this group has been raiding together almost nonstop since Gordias and many of us are interested in taking a break from raiding after finishing up this tier, with no certainty that we'll all be coming back for the final tier. I know how taxing finding a stable static can be, so I want anyone interested to know that beforehand. Our group is, however, agreed that we want to finish up O8S and farm up BiS for people before taking our break.
