    you apparently need 3 pazuzu feathers, which drop from a lvl 20 nm, that is spawned by killing lvl 25 mobs

    This relic isn't really that hard to get. Personally I am enjoying the process. Sure beats running dungeons for drops and tomes and so on. Glad they changed it up.
