Had an idea about this. If we are allowed to defend other city state hamlets, reward for GC seals could be set for all GCs and a special reward could be given to the GC that had the best stats. IE. most kills, best defense, # of GC members vs the other GC (in other words if more Twin Adder members showed, they showed be given a bonus reward or bonus stat).

The defense of the Hamlets in my thoughts would be global. While we are 3 separate city states we live on the same world so defense of that world should be main priority. I know in the political aspect it is not but all could "play" campaign in XI and even other MMOs that have a set up with multiple groups still allow all groups to participate in events like these.
