    These rooms I gather a lot of you think is going to be your apartment? They are like hotel rooms. It's a mini version of personal housing. You need to rent the room for a period of time to use it.

    Because they mentioned it in one of the Live Letters that a level cap raise would usher in the job system.

    i never heard that or anything relating to a cap raise anytime soon, not much point to till 2.0 anyway really, and if they do, i don't imagine it'll be higher then 55

    A: There is no plan to raise the level cap until 1.21, and this is because it will usher in the job system. Beyond that point up until 2.0, we would like to carefully decide what to do. Increasing the level cap will lead to wider gaps between players.

    I fail to see where that says they WILL raise the cap. All they said is it definitely wouldn't happen before 1.21

    I guess I could be wrong, now that I think about it. It all depends on what "it" is referring to in the sentence:

    I was thinking "it" meant "the plan to raise the level cap", but I guess "it" could mean "1.21" too.

    I'm a damn-sight more excited for the rest of 1.21 than I am for the Job Specialisation system.

    Jobs are a nifty idea, but none of them even remotely fit my characters - except possible Hana beside White Mage.

    But so far as I can tell, the Private Rooms will be like.. houses for characters who aren't part of a Free Company that has an estate (and subsequently don't have gardens/basements/customisable exteriors) - or eventually will be. I really like that idea and I really hope I'm right about it and.. yeah, I'm really excited for that. Hell I'd still be kind of excited even if it was just rental rooms of limited customisability though.. that'd be a bit of a downer.

    Two new dungeons? I guess that's good.. it's not that easy to be interested in instanced raids for my part. 'Prefer to take my time and explore, and being rushed through by a combination of a timer and an impatient party is just.. meh.

    Still I'm certainly curious to see how Hamlet Defence is going to work.

    I'm more excited for the dungeons and what gear they will drop than anything, lol. My guess is that the dungeons will be where we get our Job Specific Gear, which should keep them relevant longer than Darkhold and Toto-Rak.

    I'm also curious about Hamlet defense, most people naturally lean towards an idea similar to FFXI's Campaign system, but I hope it will be more engaging than that. I also think it will probably reward Company Seals, but the downside to that is that Twin Adder people won't be able to defend the golden bazaar if that's how it works. I guess we'll just have to see!
