Sujet : The "Other" 1.21 Content

I never herd late January, I've only heard of 1.21 in early Feb. Which to SE means Feb 1st - 19th.

I suspet they will have some sort of valentiens day event (they did last year) which would mean server update, which would be a good time to patch in 1.21.

But back on topic:

Along with the "other conent" is remaining craftign revamps to:
COOKING
ALCHEMY
GOLDSMITHING

And revamps to the food system!!! YAY! Not only will food be more meaninfful, but the tool tips will reflect what the food does for you!

I'm just confused by the "no info topic everyday = no content being produced" line of thinking I'm seeing from some >.> If anything is setback it'll be like the buying from search set back -- Set back due to a critical bug or held off for a lettered patch (which is still part of 1.x.)

Definitely agree!

I'm *so* looking forward to the revamped Cooking / Food System, Alchemy and Goldsmithing.

It would be fantastic (on so many levels) to get a new Food / Cooking System so that all players can read and understand what each piece of Food does (in the Item Description). With interesting and useful Food, a whole new Market segment would open up (that this game never had): Everyone would be incentivized to actually not just NPC all their Raw Meat, Vegetables, Herbs, but actually could sell them to Culinarians who could then make useful food for Adventurers, Crafters or Gatherers to use.

Same with Alchemy (useful Potions, or other interesting creations), and then new Jewelry.

Can't wait.

In timeline perspective, that's basically the development period and the release would be either in Jan/Feb so yeah it could be released as early as next week.

Of course. I was just letting him know that the Jan-Feb thing I said wasn't random.

Also, at the start of that file is the clause: "All changes to this chart will be posted on the Lodestone or another official venue such as the forums"

So hopefully they're staying true to that and are on track for the early Feb release.

Last patch was pushed back 2 weeks. That took time away from the next patch. Early March is a better guess.
