So I can no longer do Eureka, basically. Also, a request

Sad morning, everyone. So I log in after a day of rest from the game and guess what I find? Anyone that does Eureka at my playing time is past level 8, while I am stuck at level 3.

Do you know what that means? It means that, for the most part, nobody will invite me, nobody at my level shouts for group (mainly because there are almost none of us left) so I can't make my own. Everyone is grinding FATEs so they jump levels somewhat quickly and I haven't had any luck in the hours I spent there. Not to mention that, with my luck, I doubt I will see any FATEs either.

All in all, I have been effectively kicked from all Eureka activity by the dev. teams poor planning and staggering level difference between those who would ignore THE WHOLE GAME for Eureka and those who simply do not have that much time to grind there. Not even if I played all my time in there would I be able to catch up to the main group. It effectively excludes me, and those like me.

Also, about that request: I request of the dev. team to make the barding and music sheets exclusive to Eureka available in the market board. I was left flabbergasted to see they would not include something so collectible and permanent as market available. Is it the dev. teams wish to exclude players from ever getting insignificant and permanent items from the undedicated and unlucky player-base? What makes these items in particular so special that they are not sellable in the market? That they are from Eureka? Ha! No, that wont do at all.

So yeah, what do I do? I can't do anything there and soloing takes way too much time. Time I don't have. Any ideas? I also like to play DPS so that doesn't help either. And no, my FC is basically asleep during my play times so that is out.

Second post because main post is long as it is.

Even if I find a party, they are all fighting level 9 and above monsters. At my low level, I get NOTHING, not a single point of exp form them.

The parties tell me to follow the FATE trains. I ask you this then, how do I even SURVIVE a FATE if I am this low level? Even if in a group I will do little to no damage at all. And, worse still, do I even get any exp if the level range is far above me, like the rest of the monsters? FATE windows are fickle too, I would need some real luck to get even one.

I have to say, this situation is downright depressing. It disgusts me! I want to enjoy all aspects of Eureka but NO, I had to have forsaken ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF THE GAME to do that. I am seriously angry about this.

Worse still, the detestable place is on a timer. Once people get to the max or get what they want, the place is going to be deserted. Meaning that, once we reach that point, FATEs will be rendered unbeatable and the loot in those loot-boxes forever unattainable. Do you not see the flaws in this, dev. team?!

Even if people would want to help me, they wont be doing any helping because I can't get any exp from the mobs and they wont be either.

Just do fates. Doesnt matter if you die, someone will revive you. If your level is below the level of the fate, you don't get chests, but you still get a lot of exp to level up.

Third post and I am out of here.

So a FATE appeared during all this and, guess what? It died in less than 4 minutes. I had to have been just wasting my time staying alive near the whole herd of high level grinders so I could TRY to get a piece of the FATE. I wasn't nearby so I could not get a single point. It is beyond demoralizing.

I see no hope for me. No levels, no FATEs, no loot, no relic. Nothing. I am basically kicked out of the place for not throwing all of my play time to it. And will the dev. team even listen to me? No, because I am just one person with somewhat low play times and they already have my money.

Edit: Well, managed to beat one at the last second. I got 1/5 of a level. That is PATHETIC. I died 5 times to things I could not see, even with player effects off and all I get for my trouble is 1K exp? I... I give up.

It is annoying. I was on earlier today for an hour trying to get a group (lvl 4 dps) and so just had to grind mobs solo which is everything but optimal.

I think an in Eureka pf could help with this potentially. I've seen a lot of posts like this so curious as to how SE will address, if at all. I know it's designed for groups but if you can't get into a group because of the level gap you're screwed.

NM fate grind is a great answer.
Alternative answer, just wait till Friday night and the weekend. There is large influx of players (the weekend warriors). You should be fine many more people around your level during that time period.

    I'll give you 2 tips:

    1) You can make your own party and shout out LFM. There are others at your level.

    2) When a fate comes around, you can shout "LFG for NM". When it comes to the actual NM, most people will not care that you're level 3 and you'll be able to get lots of points.
It's mostly for the grinding in-between that level matters more because either the party is
    A) trying to spawn NM, in which case they need you to be strong enough to help out
    B) trying to do chain kill with regular mobs for experience, in which case it's also a benefit to them if everyone is around the same level

But for the NM itself, none of that really matters.

Now for the fates, being in a party helps you with credit, so even if you die, you can still get something.

Just make sure you get at least 1 attack in (to lock in your credit).
If you die, it's ok, a lot of people will rez you. Accept the rez, attack, die, rez, attack, die, over and over. Yes it'll hurt your gear but there is a mender in town you can return to.
If you're dead when the fate finishes, you'll still get credit.

Even high-level people die in them (because the lower level fates have level sync). It's perfectly normal.

    PS:
There is a theory that the fates might adjust to the number of people in an instance because one person ended up in an instance during low-peak times that didn't have as many people, and they were still able to kill the fates in about the same amount of time. This is not fully confirmed yet though.

I knew the first day that the level gap of players that live in Eureka vs the normal players would be the major issue. The other issue is players trying to get all the way to a high level fate without dying all alone. Low budget game writers that can't think out of the box are just bad.

Only thing I can suggest is if you don't have an instance that has ur relative lvl or a party willing to add you leave and reque for a different instance. You can also ask your FC if you can get some help lvling in eureka or if anyone is a relative to u in lvl.
