There are definitely some you can ignore. I will give you my recommendation base on minimum cross class levelling.
Armorer - lv15 Rapid Synthesis, lv50 Piece by Piece: you will want PbP as it is the most efficient way to get your progress up with the fewest steps.
You can ignore completely if you roll rng with Rapid Synthesis 2 after using Muscle Memory.
Min Recommendation: level to 50

Blacksmith - lv15 Ingenuity, lv50 Ingenuity II: For absolute top tier crafts, you will need one of these. While II is stronger, I have seen many players use I just fine.
Min Recommendation: level to 15

Carpenter - lv15 Rumination, lv50 Byregot's Blessing: Rumination is only useful until you get a Byregot's (Blessing / Brow / Miracle) skill, after that is a waste of space. Blessing, while is stronger, can be omitted as you have decent alternatives natively.
Min Recommendation: ignore

Goldsmith - lv15 Manipulation, lv37 Flawless Synthesis, lv50 Innovation, lv54 Maker's Mark: The only non useful skill here is lv15 Manipulation. I recommend levelling Goldsmith to at least 54.
Min Recommendation: level to 54

Leatherworker - lv15 Waste Not, lv50 Waste Not II: Poor LTW cross class skills are rendered obsolete by Manipulation II
Min Recommendation: ignore

Weaver - lv15 Careful Synthesis, lv50 Careful Synthesis II: like BSM, you will want 1 of these because it is a 0 CP synthesis step. Basically used for the completion step after burning all your CP on quality. You can live without it, as Careful Synthesis III exists for CP7.
Min Recommendation: level to 15
