    Area and coordinates: Eureka
    Steps:
    1. started instance at level 3 got to level 5
    2. did level 5 quest
    3. got to level 6
    4. left instance and logged off
    5. logged back on later and joined eureka at level 3 and level 5 quest uncompleted
