Steps:
1. Leveled in Eureka to level 4.
2. Finished the quest to obtain the 2nd Magicite.
3. Gained some more exp in a new Eureka to about a quarter of my level to 5.
4. Logged out via the via the logout function in the system tab.
5. Logged back on the next day.
6. Reentered Eureka.
7. My quest progression was reset and I had to talk to Krile and Gerolt again for their cutscenes, additionally my level 3 quest progress is reset.
