    It comes from lockboxes in Eureka. FC mate of mine got one last night.

    Lock boxes are the worst RNG...7/9 sparklers/confetti/magicked prisms, the other two being a furnishing and head gear....both untradeable.

    since you get like 100+ per instance, its not that bad.

    I only got 9 lock boxes in the ~2hours I was there...so that could just be my crappy RNG(honestly, I have TERRIBLE luck with RNG), or the fact that there were only 2 NM FATEs that we saw in that time.

    Have not gotten mount mainly minions, music, gear, lots of materia V and VI and like 18 fireworks -.-, it's more of force spawning NM it seems their are certain requirements. Hunted Cactuars and near by and seems to spawn more often, was their all day since 6am to around 10pm.

    @.@ Lvl 19 in eureka, I got a full set of +3 armor and just need Pazuzu feathers for the wep. Opened at least a thousand boxes by now and haven't gotten a dino yet.
