It just point the major flow that dev are totaly decconnected from the playerbase, repeting the same mistake over and over hoping people will like it at some point.
The dev just fucked up again.

The JAP community is actually super happy with Eureka. And they are the only important part to SE.
US/EU is just extra cash milking, they aren't going to change anything for us.

yes and no,i wento there,a lot of them said that FF14 gameplay is not made for that kind of grind, some say its bad because they dont have time to talk with others, everyone is just focused to kill monsters.

I agree with sentiment. Especially about talking. That mitigated out a lot of the boredom when leveling in XI. It also gave you time to discuss things with each other and to make new friends which made it an overall positive experience for me.
FFXIV combat is very boring on its own without mechanics and such to deal with. In a party of ransoms, you are pressing the same 10-12 buttons in the same order over and over for a very long time in silence. For many people, that isn't much fun.

Reading too much of the forums makes me very sad and apathetic.

That isn't true. People have already linked posts of JP players complaining. Some have outright mocked the devs, claiming "They should have left Ungarmax for this." Eureka is that disliked.

"somebody" isn't very specific. That somebody could have met a random person who liked it. Guess what, they exist in NA too.
There are people in all regions that do like Eureka. There are people that don't but still do it because they want the rewards. There are then people t hat don't like it and have given up on it. The question is about the overall population, and there isn't much of a way to gauge that except via things like reddit or forums.
So here's something specific to look at:
http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...3%82%AB/page31
That's the Eureka JP feedback thread. Use google translate and try your best to interpret.
The first few pages are mostly mixed. Some people like it, some people don't like it, some people are indifferent about it.
Then there are 20 or so pages are almost entirely people who dislike it. It's like 80% negative.
Then around page 29 it dies down a bit. I'm guessing that as more people are discovering the NMs, the negativity is swinging down slightly.

This content isn't even fully figured out yet and there is no hard data yet on its complete structure and all spawn conditions. I'm sorry but too many ppl had expectations extremely high and then expected to roll through it like previous relic content with straight forward hand holding quests.
First impressions and all the complaints mean nothing when players go into new content that is less than 48hrs old, play 30mins to 3hrs, and mindlessly kill mobs without even trying to figure out the structure or its conditions.
There is actually a Reddit post of ppl actually trying to figure out all the NM conditions. That is actually figuring out the system to maximize the content.
Don't want to figure it out? Then wait, there will be plenty of guides for you to use from other ppl's efforts. Until then, you can't honestly judge the book from its cover. It is honestly reminding of spoiled players that never actually track and look for hunts legitimately. They just wait for someone else to do all the effort so they can just show up and be rewarded.

They totally should have, as it would make the train pulls that much quicker

I think the question is what exactly do people want.
People want rewards this, rewards that.
People want rewards, but some don't want to work hard enough for the rewards compared to others who put the time and effort in.
People want to do content and/or help others catch up with content, but there are times the rewards are not worth it. At the end of the day, they might not do it.
Different people have different aspect of how they experience fun.
For me, I want to keep playing the game as it is because the gameplay sates my lust for combat. FFXIV also changed my life in which helped me become more sociable with others (I am an anti-social person IRL.) I also help others from time to time because I feel motivated. Finally, the gil, mounts, experience, equipment, other in-game objects, and times I shared with people are ones I won't take for granted. I'll make use of whatever I aim for and earn when I get it.
