Go to the Sigmascape V1.0 Dummy and try to beat it with this rotations... (oGCDs/buffs will be marked in between attacks with parenthesis)

Heavy Thrust (battle litany + BoTD) --> Impulse drive (Blood for blood) --> Disembowel (Jump) --> Chaos Thrust (Geirskogul + Mirage Dive) --> Wheeling thrust (Spineshatter dive) --> Fang and claw (Mirage dive) --> True Thrust (Dragonfire Dive) --> Vorpal Thrust (Life Surge) --> Full Thrust --> Fang and Claw --> Wheeling Thrust --> Back to the beginning.

As you get deeper into the rotation, you will eventually revert back to the opener with all OGCDs (for the most part) ready to be used. Unless you are in a hardcore/super optimized group, you are going to want to use most things on cool down. However, you want to save spineshatter and dragonfire for certain instances where you are forced to lose uptime on the boss.

If you can do that on the dummy, while clearing it about 5 times with no mistakes, then you will be fine.

Also, as a side note, you cannot (at least to my knowledge) use dragon sight on the dummy. I usually use it as a double weave with Blood For Blood in the opener.

The reason that using the SSS dummy is so important is because as another poster said, your rotation needs to be like breathing. You need to know what the next attack in the sequence is without batting an eye. You also need to modify your oGCD weaves slightly depending on each fight.

    Dont give up!

That more or less is actually the rotation I use now actually. Hardly get called out for not doing enough dps at all. I'm still learning a few things about O5S, like holding off on my nastrond to help aoe adds in the add phase and such, and don't even get me started on parts where you need to spread whirlwinds apart while getting tethered to ghosts, but baby steps.
