    I am L-20 now but I did all my lower leveling with mostly players a lot higher than I and the xp for the fate boss plus the amount of bosses you could do with the train was so huge, it didn't matter. If they force high to low level to synch, this will make the higher levels not invite the lower so perhaps make it an "option" at group formation. Also, there is safety in numbers with the higher players aggroing a lot of the big pooled groups of mobs along the way. Rezzers were mostly super about getting you up if you died as long as you stay with YOUR group. The only difficulty I encountered was after people turned 17 and got mounts it was hard to keep up with them. If you don't enjoy that style, make your own OR ride that NM train for huge Boss xp, the choice is yours.
