It's more like they half-ass everything and fail to innovate in anything. Making an already technologically limiting game that much more lackluster.
They gave us diadem 1.0 and we complained.
They gave us diadem 2.0 and we complained.
Now its diadem 3.0 and guess what XD

Honestly, I don't think that the MMO players are even capable of being satisfied. The look at the bad of every little thing that's given to them. They never look at what they have and say, you know what? This is actually pretty cool. Thanks, dev team for putting forth an honest effort to keep things going with this game.
No they feel that they have to complain about every little thing. They're never satisfied. Maybe once they grow up and have their own families and have responsibilities they'll take a look at things differently and say "hey, this actually pretty nice"

That's not condescending at all. /sHonestly, I don't think that the MMO players are even capable of being satisfied. The look at the bad of every little thing that's given to them. Shouldn't someone who has a family and responsibilities be even more scrutinizing? "You know what? This isn't worth my time. I have more important things to do."

What Suetan124 wrote isn't something I'd expect out of a paying customer in anything but the video game industry.

Go ahead and take as being condescending. Maybe learning to appreciate someone's hard work will do some good.

I mean, in another one of these very threads you have some people praising PotD as an example of new, interesting, and rewarding content design. Aquapolis/Canals are also generally well-liked, if a bit non-interactive, and Ultimate Coil, while seen as super niche, was still defended by the majority of the community here as interesting viewing and true challenge content, if nothing else (lots of people raked in the views by streaming their prog). But sure, let's pretend like the playerbase is the problem for not finding Eureka more engaging than grass growing, or thinking that the relic quests have been some of the most uninspired garbage this game has ever seen since post +1s.Honestly, I don't think that the MMO players are even capable of being satisfied. No u

If anything, as a grown up with my own family I am looking at this and saying, "ain't nobody got time for that."
Aside from the occasional "Eureka is hot trash" post, I feel like the feedback has been about as constructive as it can be considering how disappointed people are.
I am of the opinion that feedback is important, particularly when it isn't all sunshine and rainbows.
Edit:
Oh...Ohhhh.
This sort of response explains a lot.

They said I was condescending. I figured I'd show them me being condescending. The dev team can't get a break from the players. They're always complaining about something. It's to hard, to easy, not enough depth, recycled, etc. It's tiring to go to the boards and see all these posts of people just bitching about every little thing. Do players have a condition that stops them from appreciating things?
When I play new content, I look at more than this is the main objective, let's find the fastest way through it. I look at stage design, story, music, scenery, how believable the environment is, etc. I look at what it took to make the content. I realize how much work it took to get it there. I don't think that hard work like that should be beat down because it's not exactly what you wanted.
This isn't the 90's anymore. Things can be patched. I don't think that players should be so unappreciative of what this team does. They could charge us for all this extra content, but they don't.
