What are the rules on people entering a Ranked Feast match and just sitting?

I've been feast a few times before for ranked with friends. Now with the new mount bringing in more and more people. which is good the issue i seen is 5 matches straight either on my team or against I've seen people just sit out the match in solo ranked after throwing few small attacks. Can they be reported? OR would the person reporting them be warned or worse? I got screen shots and names, yet if its not bannable to just forfeit matches especially when the other people are trying to 4vs3 even 4vs 1 (or sometimes don't have healer etc.) that's a really irritating problem. We already have a lot of people trying their best to compete and further more having to join cause they want the mount yet for those who are on this same team as these droppers they have a disadvantage they can do nothing about.

in terms of taking action against that kind of behaviour, ffxiv's GMs falls short big time, although this particular case you can report them and the GMs might do something (might being the operative word) since its fairly easy for them to check combat log and see the person in question did nothing for an extended amount of time, afking in ranked matches is a bannable offense among many things, unfortunately pvp related issues are usually shrugged off, but try it

You can always report but it doesn't mean your claim will always stand.
GM is just another name for customer service representative and please do not expect them to have the power to ban account with merely one incident.
GM can flag the account then escalated to the investigation for further analyze, but they will never have a say in the decision making.
