I don't have a static too so I do this with the party finder but I'm always playing with a buddy cotank so it makes things easier to me.

About the fight: like the other guys said, avoid using Flash and Clemency. This fight actually requires tanks to do a decent amount of DPS because of its Enrage timer.

There is no downside on using almost every CD you have for the first Dadaluma and if you are using Sentinel and Hallowed Ground there you should also grab Guardian in this phase so the healers can focus on healing the prey and blue markers and also doing as much DPS as they can. What I usually do: In Sword Oath I grab Dada with Shield Lob + 1 Halone and I voke guardian during this rotation. Then my cotank use voke on Dada and Shirk both to me. I use Sentinel and another mitigation if needed, when it ends I use Hallowed Ground. Dadaluma should be dead after this. If you don't trust in your cotank I would recommend you to use 2 Halone on Dadaluma but it is very nice to grab Guardian either way it makes things a lot easier because you will be invulnerable during the TB there. Always use Tempered Will before Shockwave. Don't mind about the cooldowns because everything will be back for Bibliotaph post-virus.

About the Prey Markers: I don't use Cover on the first one so I can have it for the second one (soon after Dadaluma). Also I recommend to use it on the Prey in the Virus Phase. Remember to use Cover as soon as you see the Debuff on the party member otherwise you'll receive no damage from him.

Ultros: I always ask my party to not hit Ultros until Guardian goes invulnerable. We have enough time to kill Ultros later. I always bring with me Interject just to make sure. I grab him with 1 Halone in Sword Oath and I keep him in the corner until Guardian goes up and then you can move it to the other side. I use only "soft mitigations" here.

Airforce: Pay attention in your DPS buddies, if anyone has died and therefore has the debuff or if anyone got hit by a missile you should help him with Holy Spirit. If a DPS is dead during that a Healer will have to replace him with the Airforce so you should do the Bomb mechanic and then help the healer kill his Aircraft. Here is a nice place to use Intervention on your cotank as well because there is a TB after Bomb Deployment.

Virus: You don't need to do Enmity rotation. If you have Abandonment and therefore you need to stay at the middle just voke and keep hitting him. Whoever needs to do the Searing Wind should Shirk the other tank.

Post-Virus: It is not that hard. I think Airforce here is pretty easy for tankers, just pay attention if your DPS friends need help or not. Dadaluma is also pretty easy. For Bibliotaph you must make sure your party members are aware to do the stacks. MT should pull Guardian to North-Northwest to make it faster for the melees and also to remember everyone which is the incoming mechanic. For Bibliotaph add you can do exactly the same thing I said for Dadaluma. It is nice to have ranged or magic LB3 here but it is completely doable without that. I usually see parties using LB1 on the first phase as soon as possible and then saving LB3 for Bibliotaph.

Ultros for me is the hardest part of the post-virus phase. Keep in mind that the add will not spawn early in this phase. But the party have to be aware to stack fast to bait the tentacles. If you got this mechanic as the last one then Ultros will spawn on NE (otherwise it will be the first mech of post-virus phase and he will spawn on SW). If he spawns on NE then it is not hard at all. You can just grab him and move to NW. There are no missiles coming from North so it will be pretty safe for you to do that.

Also remember to ask your cotank about Reprisal on Raid Busters. I usually ask the MT to use it on the first one, OT on the second one, MT third one and so on.

I guess this is it. It is a hard fight but if your party can consistently do a good pre-virus and virus phase you eventually will have your clear. Also communication helps a lot in O7S.
