Is it officially safe to say that Square Enix have 0 idea what they are doing with The Feast?

I don't do feast (I will now since I want that mount) but how is whm in there? did they need that buff?
No adjustment to light medals. The balance changes themselves were already bad (besides maybe PLD), but no changes to light medals definitely proves your point.
LOL WHM BUFFED TWICE IN A ROW NOW NYAHAHAHAHAHAHA
also why was monk nerfed, they were completely fine.

They took 500 potency from one ability. They added 250 potency to the other two, netting +500.
People will construe anything into a nerf, I guess.
Total damage is irrelevant, though, because healers can easily erase damage.
Because of that, all that matters is how much damage you can shove into a tiny window, i.e. burst. A character that can reliably one-shot once every 30 seconds and deal zero damage in the interim is far, far more powerful in this PvP than a character who puts out a consistent stream of damage but has no burst potential.
And since the damage got spread out with the change, it's a nerf. It wouldn't be one if we didn't have healers, but since we do, things are different.
I'm talking about burst. It just became a little bit more difficult to net 500 extra potency in a very short time frame, making it a little more difficult to burst. This is important, especially when you're facing healers. So yes, it's a nerf.
