Suggestion: Heavensward Ranked Hunts Revisited

Since the arrival of Stormblood and its own Hunts, HW's hunts, at least in my server, have been far less active, with everyone wanting either ARR hunts for Allied Seals, due to the sheer amount needed for certain things, and Stormblood hunts for the Cracked Clusters. Meanwhile, HW Hunts, Rank A mostly, aren't even bothered with by people especially if a Stormblood Hunt is called out at the same time or even 5-10 minutes later. Perhaps a change in rewards could spur people to do them? Such as adding Allied Seals (50 for Rank A, 100 for Rank S) to the rewards for HW? What do you think? Or should a different reward be added?

I would greatly appreciate if the spawn timers of Heavensward S ranks were reduced given that they're part of previous content.
