    Bought both copies of Tales of Adventure...

    Hello there, Today I made a new character and since I haven't in a long time, I bought a copy Tales of Adventure: A Realm Reborn AND Tales of Adventure: Heavensward. I seem to have messed up bad I don't know what to do now. I didn't know Heavensward came with both. I used A Realm Reborn and now I can't get ToA: Heavensward from the mail and I've wasted 1800 Crysta I didn't need to spend on A Realm Reborn. Can anyone help me get ToA: Heavensward on my account and possibly refund A Realm Reborn?

    Edit: I should mention my new character is Siegfried Krauszer on Mateus.

    You may be better asking customer services if there is anything that they can do, I'm honestly not really sure what else to suggest. The only other thing is to make an alt and use the additional Adventure on them, though depends how you feel balancing between two characters.

    There may be other ways but you can press FAQs at the top to take to the Support Centre webpage (it's EU for me so might be different for you), and near the bottom of that page is a Contact Us link with an envelope. It will ask you to choose a category and sub, perhaps In-game Support or account (I'm not sure) anyway, put a brief description like MogStation, Crysta etc click next twice and log in to your account to either send them an email or by phone.

    Try contacting them as the above said, but honestly I don't think you'll be successful as they do say all purchases are final and the Heavensward one does same it includes A Realm Reborn. Still, worth a try!

    Just curious though, when you try and retrieve HW from mail, from what's the error you get?
