    Increase squadrom Command Mission exp?

    I enjoy running these dungeons with my squad. I get to run at my own pace, it's relaxing, and it lets me experience some of the content on roles I play less frequently (although I think by now I've probably tanked/healed most of this lower content). I really want to run more, unlock more tactics for them, see what they can be at higher levels. And devs obviously put some time into this, so surely they want it to be something that works.

    But I find myself incredibly demotivated to run these with such negligible rewards. I understand not putting it on par with roulettes. I understand wanting to prevent this from becoming too focused on solo content. But given the point at which you unlock squadrons, when you can solo unsync half of this anyway, is it possible at all to increase the rewarded experience without breaking anything?

    Or do I just abandon this content, lacking any significant return on investment?

    I was under the impression squadron missions were quite fast for XP, since you avoid the queue.

    Maybe is just because I don't often take much time queuing for dungeons outside of roulette. And since I'm not rushing the run, the time/exp ratio is pretty poor for me. Which, is pretty much all on me. Suppose I can't expect much of an increase without breaking it for the players that do speed through.

    I actually find the experience given to be pretty darn good. It's usually 1-2 levels for about 30 minutes of judgment-free solo play. I kill ALL the mobs in it since dungeon mobs give a lot of experience, and the more I do the same dungeon the faster I get at killing all the things (I'm doing about 5 or 6 classes at once, all equally leveled, so I end up doing the same dungeon over and over quite a lot).

    Plus I get to keep all the loot. After every run, i go through all my classes to see if there's an upgrade and then GC the rest. So I never spend anything on gear nor make it and I get extra GC to sell more coke.

    So personally I don't think it needs an exp increase, though I certainly wouldn't mind it.

    What I would like to see are:
    - Haukke Manor (28). Toto Rak is 24, Brayflox is 32. That's a big gap. If I'm level 29, I'd rather be doing Haukke than Toto Rak.
    - Qarn (35) or Cutter's Cry (38). Brayflox (32) and Stone Vigil (41) are another big level gap. If I'm level 38 I don't want to be running Brayflox. Qarn and/or Cutter would be more exp.
    - At least one 51-59 dungeon. The level 50 dungeons were never meant to be used for leveling and give bad exp even for a 50.
    Dusk Vigil is simple enough. Sohm Al and Aery seem like they would also not be too bad for AI.

    I'm confused, are you talking about the experience you earn, or that your squadron does? The squadron exp is pretty limited, but personal exp is kind of insane. It's by far the fastest way I've found to level sub-50, often gaining two full levels and then some per run. My only complaint is the large gap between Brayflox and Stone Vigil where you can't totally optimize your exp, though Brayflox is still pretty significant even at level 40. Admittedly I have access to all of the experience boosting items and generally stop doing squadrons when I run out of rested exp, but still. I wouldn't want to gain it any faster, frankly, because I tend to outlevel the content long before getting enough drops to be well-geared for the next dungeon.

    Comparing exp from command missions to roulettes is not right, you're supposed to compare it to the alternatives in the same category, namely dungeon spam, PotD spam, PvP, and I think squad dungeons come on top of all of them considering the no wait time. You can't expect as much exp as the once a day leveling roulette from unlimited squadron runs.

    I was really hoping the "4 new dungeons" from the last patch were going to be 51+ leveling dungeons. The squad members are really too dumb to do the level 50 tome dungeons.

    All true, all true. I suppose what gets me is that, while it's still good exp at-level, most of the dungeons, and the exp available, are obsolete by the time you unlock the content. Good for alt jobs that are still on their way up I suppose. But I guess what I'm seeing is my level 50+ jobs crawling along from not having an appropriate dungeon available.

    That's why we need more command mission options!

    It is indeed good for alt jobs up to 50, but after that it's pretty much worthless.

    SE, we want 51+!

    You get:
    -To go at your own pace,
    -You can afk if you need to without worry,
    -You can mess with jobs you might be terrible at to gain confidence and understanding
    -Skip the queue
    -Don't have to share contents of chests, thus gearing your other low jobs or squadron members glamour


    You can't expect to get incredible EXP as well (The exp is already good).
    It might also be a terrible idea to encourage people to solo everything at low levels because they won't learn player etiquette's and trends until they are at a level where people should think they should know better. (For example; a Career DPS wants to try tanking, but after seeing people do large pulls on their DPS, they attempt it in a lvl 18 dungeon as a tank with all sprouts and get called a troll/they get frustrated etc)
