Wait a few more days. This week we hit the 45 day mark after the release of 4.2 and auto-demo timers being reactivated. Houses of players who had stopped playing sometime since the end of September will finally be getting auto-demolished. Something might open up for you on Faerie.

If not, then consider a transfer to another world. I would imagine if you posted which worlds you were interested in, someone would reply with a general idea of what housing is available. Coeurl has a lot of plots still available including some mediums but we're a low pop world so probably not what you're looking for.
