I am on Faerie and have been trying to buy a house for over a week. Before the critics come in, I was away on business and unable to start purchasing till a week ago, which I made the mistake for trying to wait out the RNG timer on a plot I want. Now there is literally nothing left. I feel that this is pretty ridiculous considering how they are handling the situation. So at this point, I am looking to transfer to another realm, since the home I have had since launch is no longer accommodating. Is there any medium Population realms like Faerie that have ANY housing still left?

Might peruse through the latest posts on the Housing Census thread and see if a particular realm matches up and then ask on the current status before paying to transfer.

TY I had looked there and the two servers I was looking at do not have anything posted sadly ><. Can you transfer outside of Data Center out of curiousity?

Yes, you can transfer to any data center.

Another recommendation is to stalk the housing sections. Check every day/night at off hours. Every now and again, someone will have not logged in or transferred or what have you and a house will open up. I used to spam check Lavender Beds back in the day and found that several houses would become available on a weekly basis. Right now you may have less luck because the housing hype is so huge, but if you wait a month or two you should have a lot more chances. Many people can't be bothered to keep a sub up just for a house, you know? So it's pretty common for them to open up.

But of course, transferring is probably the better option if you want something immediately and think the house you want may be available on another server. My server is very small but there are tons of houses. Even some in Shirogane last I checked. I would definitely have to recheck though since it's been over a week since I last looked. But literally entire wards in Goblet were empty and there were tons of options in mist and lav beds, even mediums and a few odd larges. Small population isn't horrible either since you tend to see familiar faces. Also, since we're a preferred server now with the newest change to the list, we're getting a lot of new players. I think transferring here would also give you a road to 60 buff (not sure if they still do that now for transfers). If they still give the buff, you can easily level up side classes and/or DoL and DoH classes.

Which specific plot were you looking for? If you say something like Shirogane large #30, then I 100% guarantee it was sold out within 3min on every single server.

Here on Ultros, we still have a few goblet mediums. A few nights ago, around 4am, we had a lav beds med auto demo, and was taken about four hrs later. So if you are persistent, there are some nice plots to be found.

I was looking for a nice small plot. Mostly in Mists since its where I started and my original FC house was at. At this point though, any small plot will do. I been camping the last small plot in goblet on Faerie for the last 6 hours, and at this point, rather just pay to transfer to another server that has the same population.

Just last night, there was a mist beachfront small #19, that auto demolished . There are about 80+ mist smalls still open here on Ultros. It's a mid population server.

There still small plots open in Lavender Bed (4 small open in my ward 2days ago) and Goblet (always have something open) without timer

I didn’t check Mist thou, but Shirogane is all full

Exodus still had a ton of open smalls in the Mist, a lot of mediums and smalls in Goblet, smalls in LB, and even a couple of small and 2 meds that auto demo'd in Shirogane this weekend although they went quickly.
