Thank you again for the addition of the "Report" menu when we click a player's name in our chat box. This is currently only available specifically for reporting "RMT Activity." And we all know it has helped immensely.

Beyond that, it's worth noting that there's a good reason why it takes a click on the name then a click on the report menu item and then a third click on the "RMT Activity" choice on the ensuing sub-menu. This was clearly designed to accommodate report reasons beyond just RMT. And yet, much later, we still don't have any additional options.

Where does that leave us? When we do encounter people being hateful in the middle of a dungeon, etc., we basically can't do anything in a timely fashion. Instead, I copy and paste the relevant message from my chat box into a program outside of the game, add my own notes to remind me what channel they were using, what duty we were in, etc., and then eventually get around to actually creating the ticket.

It would be awesome if I could just click their name, click report, and then select an appropriate category instead. And we'd have far fewer GMs asking me just how long ago the issue I'm talking about actually took place (which is especially fun now that it's Daylight Saving Time but it wasn't yesterday when the thing actually happened).

And this is not just being suggested for my convenience. Yes, it would be nice to expend a little less time and effort of my own. But the big win here is the significantly more pleasant world we will have when reports for egregious behavior are done not just by those that care enough to go to all the time and effort to use the current reporting system but by anyone with a sense of decency and the willingness to click their mouse three times.
