I'm pretty sure I know what TheVedis is referring to though, not that I care. And while I may not agree with this person's argument, I still feel we need much better customer service than we currently have. If you're OK with piss poor service that's great, but many are not.

your situation was a bit different in some aspects

1) it was a unique item you could never get back
2) its something that you probly could be "re-rewarded" or even something you should be allowed to rebuy from the guy who sells it(why he only sells it to you once is beyond me)
